Daniel is an outdoor practitioner, forager and wild food enthusiast based in Moray. He is passionate about the wider ecology and ways we can (re)connect with it ethically and sustainably. His experience is that foraging is a great way to meaningfully engage with our local environments and their habitats, as well as improve our physical and mental well-being. He delivers foraging walks and workshops both independently and for local charities and organisations.
