Enjoy a relaxing train journey from Dufftown to Drummuir and a scenic return walk back to Dufftown

Join the enthusiasts of the Keith and Dufftown Railway and the Moray Council Ranger Service for a train trip from Dufftown Station to Drummuir halt and enjoy a great walk back in stunning scenery on the Isla Way.  See the open water of Loch Park and follow a hillside track under the eaves of Tulloch Wood and Scaut Hill with views of the Conval Hills on the skyline.  A great walk and one not to be missed.

Dufftown station is located about a mile north of Dufftown town centre on the A941 to Elgin.

It can be reached by the No 36 or 136 bus from Elgin. This bus runs roughly every hour on Fridays and Saturdays and stops right by the station.
