DESCRIPTION:Forest Bathing is a beautiful\, simple\, evidence-based practice\, also known as the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku\, that incorporates elements of mindfulness. \nYou will be guided on a gentle walk to help you slow down\, relax and connect to yourself and your surroundings. I offer simple sensory invitations and foraged tea and snacks at the end. We’ll be exploring the gorgeous Hinterland woodland near Findhorn\, making our way to the dunes\, and finishing at the glorious sea. \nBy the end\, my hope is you’ll be refreshed and relaxed after immersing in the restorative power of the natural world. You’ll take away nature-based practices that you can incorporate into your own outside time.
