Taster Health Walk

Fri, 18 June 2021 @ 10:00 - 11:00

A taster health walk where you can find out all about the Walk Moray project, walk alongside others in your community and enjoy the benefits of a gentle dander in the outdoors.

Come and join us for a short (max 1 hour), low level walk in your community. This walk is led by a Paths for All trained walk leader and particularly welcomes new walkers who would benefit from being more active. This can include people who haven’t been active for a while and would like to start again, people recovering from ill health or who are managing a long-term condition and anyone who’s been told by a health professional that they would benefit from being more active.

We will stroll along at a pace that is comfortable for you and be on the lookout for nature signs along our route. You can also find out about the Walk Moray project along the way. Join our welcoming walk and enjoy shoulder to shoulder company and acceptance on the move.
